SCROLL only PARTIALLY the screen on NEW INTERFACE

How to scroll only part of the screen in the “new drag and drop interface”. I know we can do using Column in the old interface. But in the "new drag and drop interface"I can’t find Column component.

No. Using or not using group scroll the entire page
