Hello, i′m try using the block of camera to scan barcode but when i click the boton it not react, what problem can be?

when i click the button, it looks like this all black with the cancel button

Scanner Barcode QRcode not working

I use normal thunkable (Not drag & drop) but button for scan qr code not working on Live test. Anyone have this issue in pass few days? Thanks.
