Hi to everyone! I am a beginner and I created a design, but I have no idea how to make a code for it.
It is a quiz app. My goal is that user after answering the last question can see the result box with his score. Could anyone create blocks for me or some advise how to start the code?

A quiz app is a very common use of Thunkable. You’ll find tutorials and topics about that here on the forums and on YouTube.
What you’re asking involves many, many steps. It’s not something most users on the forums will have time to do for you. So I advise you to read up/watch tutorials and then post a specific question about a specific step and someone may be able to answer it.
