I have not seeing any error message from AdMob website. Also the other app seeing Ads.

Admob He wants to copy the code file to the developer site so that it is crawled and checked for the source of the application
Then the ads are published
Knowing there is no site for the developer is not signed thunkable

I found the error and i fixed. It is my mistake. I didnt choose true platform for Ads. (AdUnit ID)
It is about blank ad id unit from design (I added design interstitial ad unit id after than it fixed). (I added block for adid when start screen, it is not working for blocks about adunitid before)
