Dear Thunkable support.
We are SPOT ON!, and we recently upgraded to your Builder version. Unfortunately, we are extremely dissatisfied with the value we have received for the cost.
Firstly, while the overall project storage capacity has increased due to the added number of projects, the individual project size remains the same. This limitation prevents us from adding essential assets like images and audio files to our current project, which hinders our ability to develop and advance it effectively. This has left us in a frustrating position, as your platform is delaying our progress.
Secondly, editing in landscape mode is still not supported. This capability is a fundamental feature for creating game screens and layouts and is expected as a basic function in game development environments, big or small.
These two issues were the primary reasons we decided to upgrade, but since our needs remain unmet, the upgrade feels like a waste of resources with no added value.
If these issues cannot be resolved promptly, we would like to cancel the upgrade. We request immediate attention to avoid further time loss as we aim to move forward with our next applications.
Additionally, we are unsure if we can rely on your platform for future projects, considering both technical limitations like the ones mentioned above and operational challenges, including bugs and occasional random data deletions. Such issues pose a significant risk to our company’s reputation, especially as millions of future users will be engaging with the app.
