The first one is the correct one but the row ID should be correct from the table itself.
Try this trick:
Connect to your table “Act_New” using the Data Sources “+” in the left side pane
Add a list viewer to your design screen
use the Data Sources drawer in the blocks screen to connect the list viewer to the Airtable table using this block
make sure the column name should be “ID”
This will give a list of row IDs and you can copy one of them and add it to the URL to be certain you are using a valid row ID.
