When I upgrade to pro membership then it will take 45 Rupees from my account each month or if I will pay money 1 time then it will not take money from my account again.

The pricing on this page shows the monthly cost (each month) unless noted as an annual cost:
A Pro membership is $38 US per month, for example.

I don’t know. You would need to contact Thunkable Staff to find out.
Also, I believe $38 US is currently 2824 Indian rupees (source).
