I made a simple application using webviewer in your service and would like to build it for ios. I clicked “Downloading ios app”. After 20 minutes I received a link to the email. When you click on the “Download” button, the application does not download. What could be the reason?

I’ve moved this to #thunkable-cross since #classicdiscuss is for apps build with our Android-only, legacy platform, Thunkable Classic.
You will need to hit that “Download” button on an iOS device in order to test it out, as it won’t work on Android/Window/macOS - I’m guessing that’s what the issue is in your case.
Let us know whether or not that works for you!
