Problem to publish my app tu appstore

Hi,
I have a problem to publish my app to appstore.
The App is well published to playstore and I test it on iphone without problem.

I have the message from thunkable : There is something wrong with the iOS build/publish. Please contact customer service with the reference ID.

I have sent to mail to thunkable support but I have no answered.
Is there a way to get help ?

I have resolved the problem by myself.
It was an icon size problem.
