I had a (TTL exceeded) error so i can’t publish my app to app store . when i turn of 2FA status and click next nothing happened so i turned on again so i successfully published my app to appstore several times .

Welcome to the Community. I’m not familiar with the TTL error, so I’m not sure if this is something on our end or Apple’s end? (Or even if it’s something you’re doing?)
I can’t see any mention of a TTL error in your screenshot error - can you let us know where abouts you are seeing it?
