@penny I would research which work with both Android and iOS. MP3 seems like the logical choice, OGG maybe another format, and I’ve found it works fine.
If you want the best sound quality and it’s something small like a ‘ding’, you could use WAV. Android is fine with all three, not sure about iOS.
