When I am uploading APK on play store So this error and not showing uploaded APK files
Your app currently targets API level 26 and must target at least API level 28 to ensure it is built on the latest APIs optimized for security and performance. Change your app’s target API level to at least 28

Thunkable has been updated. APKs downloaded from Thunkable have API level 28.
When did you download your APK?
Try downloading it again, then restarting the publishing process.
