How can set screen top padding adjust in all devices
Adding padding to the screen - its an option in the screen properties can be changed from the design page. Is this what you meant or its related to the “Top Screen” navigator? You question is very brief, can’t really understand.

You know many phones have a line at the top with the symbol of mobile coverage and the symbol of the battery app view should be below that area. How can do this?
Go to the respective screen properties, select “show status bar” to true.

You’ll have to open the app in Thunkable Live (or install it on your device) to see that status bar at the top of the screen.
