Issue with "Active App Publishing Limits" Warning and Inability to Manage Published Apps

Dear Thunkable Support Team,

I am experiencing an issue with my account related to the “Active App Publishing Limits” warning. Although I only have one published app, the warning continues to appear.

The main problem is that I cannot view or manage my published apps because the option to display published apps does not appear in my account. I have tried following the instructions in the document below, but I was unable to resolve the issue:

I have attached screenshots showing the error message and the page where the published apps list is missing.

Could you please assist me in resolving this issue or guide me on the correct steps to fix it?

Thank you for your assistance.

Hello @samer_111k4
We understand how frustrating it must be for you and appreciate you taking the time to provide us with information and screenshots.

Based on our records it seems that you are on a free plan.

If you downgrade your plan to Free, you will no longer be able to keep any of your apps active, this is outlined in our Docs.

If you are currently on a Free plan and wish for your apps to remain active, you will need to either upgrade to the Builder or Advanced plan.

Thank you for your response. Does this mean that I must remain on the paid plan at all times for the app to stay active on the App Store?

First, I would like to mention that this issue appeared even when my account was on the paid plan.

Second, this issue only occurred after the recent update. Previously, I had uploaded four updates, switched back to the free plan, and this issue did not appear.

Now I’m even more confused.

Hello @samer_111k4
Based on our records your last plan was builder. This is why you have seen the error in one of your apps. To keep one app active you need to have a builder plan. For more than one active app you need an advanced plan.
