Image resize mode has no effect for buttons?

I have tried various resize modes for the background image of my button, but nothing changes in either the web preview or the Live Test app . . .

We were able to replicate the flashing issue and have flagged it to our engineering team.

Will provide an update as soon as possible.

Here are some workaround,

  • You could use an image component.
  • Or use a Group component with a background image and add a text component inside of the group.
