No one can help you with that level of detail. Please provide more information! Is there an error message? How far did you get, and what happened?
I have occasionally noticed that the build server email never arrives or that I get a link to a file that won’t install. When that happens, resubmitting the download request has usually fixed it for me. If you haven’t yet tried that, I’d do that first. Otherwise, please add details and we’ll try to help you out!
