I have uninstalled and reinstalled several times but still get the same problem. I am new to iphone.

What version of iOS is installed on your iPhone5? I had no problems installing Live on iPhone5.

Have you installed Thunkable Live version 51 from the AppStore? Has it been installed normally, but does the error shown appear on startup?
