If your issue is that the Data Viewer list instead of loading the data is loading all the time, try to remove the Google sheet from your project and then connect it again.
This issue only happens when you test it on a mobile device or also on the web?
I want to check if it doesn’t exist then do create it exists if the data in the sheet is already then when the screen opens there is no need to loop the data again

Thank you for sharing more information.
I believe you are trying to build something in a more difficult way than it is needed.
It will be easier to connect the Data Viewer List with the Google sheet
