How to make my App responsive?

I saw a similar topic but that guy didn’t get any response.

My app is completely fine when checking on computer. But when I check it in other mobile devices it is messed up. The alignment and the arrangements of the components are different from phone to phone.

The color code is also very different in dark theme mobile phones. How to solve this problem?
