If I make a column, and make it scrollable, then the column can scroll, but when i move my finger, then it just lumps back to the top, making it impossible to handle objects that is outside the visible arrea.
What am I doing wrong here?.

I have exactly the same problem.
Answering my own inquiry here–the column that I had set to “scrollable” was not set to “Fit Contents” and that was causing the issue. So for anyone searching for this issue, make sure the scrollable column is set to “Fit Contents” and not to “Fill Container”.
