How to create nested tables in thunkable

So I want to create nested table in thunkable, now google sheets, airtable or webflow don’t seem to have this feature so how can I create nested tables in thunkable?

The table would look something like
cities>libraires>papers

And how to do that? the reason I want nested tables is to show relevant elements from particular tables at particular places in the App

I am just using google sheet and convert to html and in thunkable i just attach to webweiver.
