Is it possible to highlight a sentence/ a line / a section by using html when I touch the sentence instead of using two buttons backward and forward I mean by set tags to each section

This option is not currently available.
You’ve received plenty of help on the AI2 forum. In fact it got to the point where you were just spamming the forum, and one of the people involved no longer wanted to build you another app. See here.
