Hello everyone, is now quite a few months i havent opened Thunkable and i’m struggling with an image in particular: the one from the data list.
I can see that from default the background colour is grey:
It also shows it in the screen:
But i’m using and image with white background, which is this one - that i specifically did with a white background:
Why is it still filling up the image with the grey background?
Hope you can help, thank you very much for your time
Hey @maurizio.polverini89 , thanks for flagging this. Could you share a URL to the image page on icons8 itself?
This is the closest one I can find but it has a transparent background so the grey should show in this case.
Download Ask Question vector icon in Windows 11 Color style. Available in png, svg, pdf, html code. Modify, resize, recolor Ask Question icon, symbol.
This is the one from icons8:

This is the one i modified to be a white background and tried to upload in a different way
https:// i.postimg.cc/gjVgxTgK/icons8-ask-question-96.png
Both of them shows in grey background in my screens
There are some spaces in the link to make sure it shows as link and not as image
Make sure the link is a direct link to an image and not to a web page that has many elements including the image. For the second link it should work fine to display in a project. I was able to.
Post a link to your project and I may be able to help you figure out what’s wrong.
Hello, thank you or your help.
To be fair all the links i use are direct link to an imange (as they end up with .png)
This is the link for the project , one of the screen where i’m experiencing this issue is called “FAQ”
Thank you for your time
The second link has a problem, actually. Sometimes when I enter it into a browser, it redirects to this url:
But not always which has me really confused.
That page looks like this which is not a direct url. Try hosting your images somewhere else.
Thank you very much, i’ll try
