I added the Google Spreadsheet into a brand new project, and it won’t let me select any data from it. Checking the Data Sources tab, I see that there are problems. It says “Please contact support for help.”
How do I do that?

Use the chat bubble in your project screen to contact support. They are usually quick to answer specially during working hours.

I’m not sure that’s possible. It’s embedded in the https://x.thunkable.com site. Try sending a message to support@thunkable.com.
