Hi @Steven, right now it is not only a problem with speed. We (at least I :slight_smile:) have serious problems with some apps, because they crash. Here is a list of findings, still working with thunkable live 241-1 on iOS:

  • starting an app the second time from “My projects” in thunkable live still crahses (white screen). Here are the steps to reproduce: start thunk live app; start an app from “My projects”; terminate the app by clicking on the blue button “Back” in the upper left corner; try to start an app from “My projects” -> white screen. No difference if it is another project or the same.
  • “app” variables are not available when switching screens (iOS). This is an error we had some weeks ago and it seems it is back. A “stored” variable keeps its value when switching screens.
  • when downloading an app on iOS it crashes immediately. This seems to be a serious error because it has nothing to do with the version of the thunkable live app. BTW: a downloaded app on Android works fine.

Thanks for clarifying.

  • This is a known issue that we are working on a fix for though we don’t have an estimated release at this time. As a workaround, you should be able to initiate live test from your browser or restart the Thunkable app to avoid crashes. Obviously not ideal but it should only be temporary.
  • We have a fix for this in testing now and it should be released soon!
  • This is something that was brought to our attention late last night. As of now, other Thunkable engineers are working on this particular issue so I’m not familiar with the details but it is being actively investigated. Hopefully this is something we can get fixed soon. UPDATE - this should be resolved, you’ll need to rebuild your app(s) though.
