Feature - Don't Refresh Animation on Button/List/Input

Just a feedback item to make the UI better. If you have animations on your screen and you type in an input field, press a button or select a list item the animations briefly disappear and then start over on every keystroke. This causes a lot of “noise” in the UI. Ideally there would be a change that doesn’t cause this to happen when interacting with these items.
