Data not showing in airtable

Hi, can someone help me please?

What I was trying to do is whenever I click the “Flight Permit” button I want to create a row in my spreadsheet database and put value in Ticket ID, Name ID, Contact ID and Request ID.

It works in the Ticket ID, Name ID and Contact ID but whenever I set the Request ID to get the value “Flight permit” button text, its not working…

How does your airtable look? It might have to do with the filed type of that column. Could you add a picture of it?

If Request ID type in your Airtable setup is a number then the operation will fail. Make sure it is set to short text.
