Cloudinary recently updated some things on their back end and this issue is happening on Thunkable Live app only when Creators connect on it via the character code.
If you can sign in via SSO, Google or Apple, you’ll be fine.
Our team is currently working on finding a way to figure out how to get around this change in Cloudinary.
