Am I able to take my prototyped app from Adobe XD and import it to Thunkable to start working on the blocks?

Nope, that’s not possible, you could technically redesign the app as closely possible on Thunkable.

Do you have a Thunkable template that you’re using in XD?

And based on your original question, Technically based on the purpose of XD You should design it in XD and then export all assets upload them to Thunkable and then put the puzzle back to gether. Using your XD as your directions.
