Blank Screen when loading App on iPad running iOS 13.3.1 on Wi-Fi

My App is on review and they found out this error:

Guideline 2.1 - Performance - App Completeness

We discovered one or more bugs in your app when reviewed on iPad running iOS 13.3.1 on Wi-Fi.

Specifically, the app continued to display a blank, static page after launch.

Any ideas to make my app run on this platform.

Can you share a project share link. I can try it out on my iPad for you!

Does it work when you test the app? Have you tried it on an iPhone and iPad both?

Did Apple share a screenshot with you?

problem 1. You canā€™t publish apps like that. This app is simply a webpaged ā€˜wrappedā€™ in a mobile app. Apples point of view on this: ā€œOur apps need to be more than a website. Thatā€™s why we gave you a web browser on your phoneā€.

the app displays fine on my iPhone.
