App crash on ipad and also on some android phone

Hi, I have a big problem, I sent the app to apple and they replied like this

We discovered one or more bugs in your app when reviewed on iPad and iPhone running iOS 13.6 on Wi-Fi.

App stalls after launch.

Same issue here. Just started happening on iphones that have my app installed. The user did made no changes to the system and phone, and the app was working perfectly until 2 days ago they started randomly crashing.

same well thunkable doesnt support android too much
