If your app is 4 years old then, presumably, you’re using Thunkable Classic?
This section of the community is for #thunkable-cross questions.
One of the main advantages of being a fully integrated AdMob partner in Thunkable X is that we are able to help you diagnose, repair and appeal these issues in your AdMob account.
Unfortunately in Thunkable Classic there is no such option. Have you considered migrating to Thunkable X given that Classic is going to be retiring soon?
