What if my app works in the preview on the computer but the apk or live test doesn't

Hey guys, do anybody knows why does that happens? The preview works perfectly but the apk or the live test on the phone doesn’t work and doesn’t show certain elements

Hey guys, my app has a lot of switches to select responses, but when I run the live test they don’t appear on the phone, does anyone knows why certain elements don’t appear on the live tests? I really want to know cause if not I won’t be able to see if they work correctly thanks
