What if I decide to move from Thunkable to actual coding?

Hey fam, If for any reason I would have to move from Thunkable to actual codding (like for example using TypeScript with NextJS and Tailwindcss) could I do that change or me entire project it´s gone, like I can only keep updating and that base on Thunkable features?

Im just contemplating things to be honest.
