I surprised i cant download it and it will be sent to me
… thats ok …
Then in e-mail. I found this another surprise
What does it mean
Just me … and for 24 hour
Cant i upload the app on developer apple…??
If i can … what is the steps??

The app you download via email is just a test app meant for personal use, the link will become invalid after 24h.

That said, it is for the moment not possible to publish apps on the AppStore due to an issue which should be fixed soon.
