Unable to Upload Small File Despite Pro Account and Available Storage

Dear Thunkable Support,

I hope you’re doing well.

I’m currently experiencing an issue when trying to upload a small video file (around 5MB) to my project. Although I’m using a Pro account with 1GB of available storage (and I’ve only used less than 400MB), I still receive the following error:

“File upload error: [filename].mp4
Adding this asset will exceed the 50MB data limit for this project.”

This is quite confusing because:

  • My file is well under the 50MB limit.
  • The total assets in my project are also below 50MB.
  • My account still has plenty of available storage.

I’d like to ask if the 50MB project asset limit still applies to Pro accounts?
Please help me check and clarify this, as it’s affecting my ability to build and test my app.

Thank you very much for your support!

@info.couponvietonlin The 1GB is for total account storage. Individual apps all have a 50mb, regardless of the plan you are on. You can read more about account and app storage in our Docs:
