I do not know if it is normal but I just create a small app to see how the timer works.
The web preview do not work but on the live preview is.
Is it the same for you ?

All timers will be normal. Unless the system is about to crash, it will be slower.

The only way to test is to share your app so others can test on their computers and give you feedback.

yes with this it is working but not when you are on the app.
