I look forward to the next update, hope it comes with user highscore. I now have a HighScore of 155 but want to compete with other players 
I want to do that. Trying to figure the best way. I want Google play services, but couldn’t find the final solution here. Any clue on that?

No, I have no idea how to use Google Play Services. But you might have a look at this: https://puravidaapps.com/oauth.php and this: https://puravidaapps.com/accountmanager.php
Use this to identify the player, then you can use the players name in the HighScore list 
Could this work with cloudstitch?
