I am not seeing blocks to start an MP3 file in the middle of a file at a specified time. Is there a way to do this? Even if it requires conversion to another file type or an API? To clarify, the resume function doesn’t work for my scenario because you have to pause it at that point to start it there.

You might be able to do that with Cloudinary but you can’t do it directly within Thunkable.
