these are the only blocks i am using for the speech block. when the speaker button is clicked, i should be able to hear the “Hello” in text to speech, but the block doesn’t seen to activate, so i don’t hear anything. i tested this on two different devices.

I tried but I couldn’t replicate the issue.
How did you test your app?
i’m testing the app using the thunkable live testing app on both an iphone and an emulator for android.
i cant use the web preview to test the app because the screen width and height blocks are used for multiple screens, and that would cause the web preview to crash.

Could you please confirm the volume is turned up on your device or that the silent mode is turned off?
