[SOLVED] Switch Change for visible Lable Text

Hi, Please help me.
I’m trying to make the Switch for close or open some text on screen but the problem is

1. the code on the Left side (Top) can visible text immediately but can do it just one times
   2.the code on the Left side (Bottom) can on and off but when I uesd for the first times I need to switch it one time before used.
   So, How could I do for the switch can works normally since first times.
