[SOLVED] RevenueCat issue - is it possible to have detailed error log?

Hi everyone,

i recently started using RevenueCat for the in-app purchase components.

I think i followed all the steps both in Thunkable and in RevenueCat docs and i moved to the blocks.

Here’s my first wall i found once published the app for internal tests:

Unfortunatly it appears not to work and the error i’m getting is:
“There is an issue with your configuration. Check the underlying error for more details”

The issue is that i don’t have access to the underlying error as they refer to this docs.

As the steps are quite a few to set up properly the account, is there another way to see the actual detailed error i’m facing?
I went through all the docs twice and i can’t wrap my head around it

Hope this can be helpful to others as i saw on internet that this problem is quite common

Have you set up an Android or iOS app?
Do you see the same things on your RevenueCat account?

Thanks to your pictures i managed toget it through and set the product.
I’ve been playing with blocks and i think i finally arrived to a satisfied conclusion.

My other question is, does RevenueCat also look after the acknowledgement of the purchases/subscriptions for Google Play?
If not, what are the solution I have to acknowledge the purchases and stop Google Play from refunding my users after 3 days?

Yes, RevenueCat is acknowledging the purchases/subscriptions for Google Play.
