[Solved] Need screenshots for iPhone 6.5 inches

Hello Friends!
I can not publish the application in the app, I need screenshots taken on the Iphone XR or Iphone XS Max

Message from Apple:

Guideline 2.3.3 - Performance - Accurate Metadata

We noticed that your screenshots do not sufficiently reflect your app in use.

Specifically, your 6.5-inch iPhone screenshots do not display the correct device’s status bar.

Resizing in the graphics editor did not help, the 6.5-inch devices have a different bar status. Unfortunately I don’t have such an iPhone…
Tell me, maybe there is a way to get such screenshots (maybe some kind of emulator exists)?
Or does anyone have an Iphone XR or Iphone XS Max, I will be very grateful for the help

The problem is that the required screenshot has a different ratio of strons, so the change in the graphic editor does not work (the image is stretched), and the shape of the statusbar is also different

Your screenshot just needs to be 1242 x 2688 px as specified here:

Yes, the problem was solved simply:
Take screenshots on an accessible device, then on any of these services insert your screenshots and save the images to your computer.
In the photo editor, resize the image to the desired and all.
You can add a background for beauty :slight_smile:
IMPORTANT: the size of the images must match the size of the screenshot for the device

Apple took these screenshots without any problems:

Thanks a lot for getting back to me. I have a couple of questions though.

I downloaded your image 3f036cde1ac3af3854c3361e4f1a6ab637039a88.jpeg and opend it in Photoshop and see 2048x2732 resolution 37 and this is NOT what apple aske us to upload, right?

I have no iPhone but iPad 2 Pro. Can I make my ScreenShots from this and then what next to do?

I also have Camtasia 9 and Snagit 13 but can’t see that I can record this high resolution 1242 x 2688.

Also have Reflector 2 where I made a lot of images as you can see http://tinemuller.dk/gis-afdelinger/koebenhavn/android_ios_koebenhavn.jpg where image to left is from Android and image to the right is from iPad.

I’m sorry, I replaced the screenshot with the correct one.

The question is not quite clear … Do you want to get a screenshot on the iPad and make a screenshot of it for iPhone? In this case, I think, it will not work, these devices have a very different display of content.

Images obtained from the Reflector look great, but have too low resolution, they can not be stretched to the desired size without visible loss of quality

HI @STX-121 I could get screenshots of an IPAD PRO 2cond Generation, but Apple requires second and third Generation; Do you have any solution? Thanks
