Guideline 5.2.1 - Legal - Intellectual Property
We noticed that your app was created from an app generation service or a commercialized template, but does not appear to be directly submitted by the owner or provider of the business, brand, or service.
Next Steps
To resolve this issue, this app must be submitted by the owner of the business or organization for which the app has been designed under its own Apple Developer Program account. Alternatively, you may provide documentation that shows your ownership of the business or organization for which the app is designed.
Please note that providing documentation of your rights to include third-party content within your app does not suffice.
In accordance with section 3.2(f) of the Apple Developer Program License Agreement, you acknowledge that submitting falsified or fraudulent documentation can result in the termination of your Apple Developer Program account and the removal of your apps from the App Store. Once Legal has reviewed your documentation and confirms its validity, we will proceed with the review of your app.
I really worked hard on this and I don’t know how to solve it
Please help me I’m desperate
Hi @killerzkillaws,
Your app was definitely not rejected because it was made with Thunkable - we see dozens of apps published to the app store every day without any issue.
I’d imagine it has more to do with this part:
Can you send me a link to your project - either here or via PM - and I’ll be better placed to advise you.
Thanks.

That goes without saying - but that’s not what’s happening in this case @Dean_Artis.
Pretty presumptuous of you just to jump to this conclusion. A much better introduction to the community would be to help triage the problem.
I’m following up with @killerzkillaws via PM at the moment to get this app published.

Hello
I´m having similar problem in punlishing my app on Apple Store.
This is what I received:
The company name or entity type associated with your Apple Developer Program account does not reflect your business association, as required by Guideline 5.2.1 of the App Store Review Guidelines.
Next Steps
Your app must be published under a seller name and company name that reflects the government entity name. If you have developed this app on behalf of a client, please advise your client to add you to the development team of their Apple Developer account. If your client does not yet have an Apple Developer account, they can enroll in the Apple Developer Program through the Apple Developer website.
If you own the organisation, try sending them documents that confirm you own it, like VAT identification number
Thanks. I don´t own the organization. We built the app for them. But the registration at Apple Developers was made by them.Could be some information there thar is to meeting the app specification?
