I am having the same issue on my second account. I am thinking there must be something I am doing wrong on my end?
This is the error i consistently get “Sorry, you can’t create a PM on an existing topic”

yeah, that’s happening for me too actually.
If you open the message in the mail tab http://community.thunkable.com/u/jgibb20189/messages then you should be able reply/edit etc as normal.
This might be a bug with the forum software - I’ll take a look and see if I can find anything.
