Unfortunately, this user is part of a Teams plan for education. Their projects are in an Organization and are by default, private projects. They cannot be made public so only users with a Pro plan or higher can see the project.
@bschwartzsxc2, based on this screenshot, it looks like the student just needs to adjust the size of the data viewer, the full width of the screen is 375px.
