When resizing a component such as a button in the Design tab, I would expect the handles at the corners of the component to allow for resizing as in other apps. But the handles are not draggable for resizing. They act to move the component instead. To resize the component, I have to move the cursor outside of the boundary of the component rather than to its edge. This is the problem I’m observing:
