Question about using the slider value

[SOLVED]Can't change the order of the Stage and also can't delete the Stage

I’ve created the stage in new canvas, but can’t change the order of it. Also I can’t delete any of this Stages. There are no error after asking to delete it, just a blank browser window. Have anybody the same issue? [msedge_4JZtlhpy6w]
