Problems with Screen Navigation while using Data Grid

I’m having a problem with navigation to screens while using the Data Grid. It used to work fine, with no problems, but not anymore. Here are the blocks for each problem as well as a video demo of the problem. Any help solving this would be greatly appreciated.

Just sharing a link to this thread as it is also about apps that used to work misbehaving when writing or deleting rows, and specifically issues with returning a rowID.
