Problem with Relative to Device in a group

I have a group with some images and labels in it. I am using it as a bottom navigator because I made more functionalities with it than the basic one Thunkable makes. I set it as relative to device so that it will always be on the bottom

Hi, this is me on the account that I have been developing the app on. The Jake-Cohen account was my personal one and I am switching over.
Just realized I didn’t finish the question
Here it is:
I have a group with some images and labels in it. I am using it as a bottom navigator because I made more functionalities with it than the basic one Thunkable makes. I set it as relative to device so that it will always be on the bottom even when the screen is scrollable. It successfully works when testing the app but when editing it on the designer and scrolling, the group doesn’t stay on the bottom of the screen. Why is that?
